★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here for interview and they offered too many terms and conditions before even first round they could have told to candidates on mail only because its too expensive for a fresher to travel in bangalore and reach on time. It was waste of day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Guys i am a Oaksystems Ex-Employee.My journey in oak systems starts september 2010 and ended around october 2012.
I will try to summarize my experience with oak systems.
Oak systems is a good company for freshers if you are not looking for money.
Freshers can able to learn more and the job environment will give you a confidence.Which actually builds your career in futher.
which highly paid salary jobs don't give time.
Companies projects mainly involves in two catagories
Mostly they will be sending you as contract to different companies.(DRDO , Infotech(Cyient), QSG, WESEE-Delhi some companies i have worked)
Sometimes they might have internal project.
See most companies will put bonds in some ways.
While i was working there they never collected any money from employees.
And they are genuine.You will be getting the salary what ever they told that they will give.
They are not frauds as many of them mentioned below.
Oak Systems gave me the confidence to work and build my futher career.
I cant stand the bad comments given in review column.
The reason why they are telling you to come twice is then
only genuinely interested candidate will return second time.
Simply saying how much you need that job if you dont need dont go second time.
Why they are conducting regular interviews people used to leave the company regularly after their bond is over.
I have never regretted of joining OAK System as a fresher.

13 years is a big amount of time in anyone's career to spend in one company. I would like to say that without a good work culture, friendly atmosphere, exposure, appreciation, avenues to learn new technologies & a very good career growth, no one would continue in that place for 13 years.
I have enjoyed every moment, every day at work @ Oak Systems. This was the place where i got an opportunity and exposure to work with many MNC companies like Infosys, IBM, Wipro, Oracle to name a few. The company provides you ample opportunities to learn new things and prove your metal. The career growth is well planned and guided by the management for each and every individual and the top management takes time to interact with every employee atleast once a month or so.
I joined Oaksys as a Team member and was heading a business unit by the time i came out of oaksys last month. Such is the potential for your growth at oaksys. I also got many opportunities to travel to many countries as part of my work @ Oaksys.
For freshers or anyone who is new to the IT industry, Oaksys provides a very good learning opportunity and also a chance to work with many of their MNC clients in the domains like Banking, Avionics & Embedded systems.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Oaksys for all that it has given to me and my career. Any one who is joining or wants to join oaksys has definitely a bright future and can be rest assured of his career growth as its with the right people out there at Oaksys.

In 5 years of journey I found this company is best place to work, I got good domain experience, handling different geographical clients and leading a team.
I have enjoyed working with Oak Systems. This was the place where I got an opportunity and exposure to work with many top international clients like ANZ, NAB, Capital Bank etc.
The career growth is well planned and guided by the management for each and every individual and the top management takes time to interact with every employee.
I also got opportunities to travel to other countries as part of my work from Oaksys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give a zero or negative rating. They have no respect for a candidate's time and efforts. The first thing that you are told when you go for the interview is that you won't be paid as per industry standards and just take whatever they give you. The next thing that's told is 2yrs bond, even if you have work experience. Highly unprofessional in terms of the way these people talk and treat you. Felt like punching the HR's face before leaving with disgust.
