β β β β β WORST PRODUCT .. NEVER GO FOR IT.
I have purchased 34 boxes of 800x800 mm Double Charged Floor Tiles, Tropicana White color. It was sold by saying that it is Premium quality and branded tiles that never let you down. I trusted the dealer and purchased 34 boxes. When labor opened the box to fix the tiles on the floor, it was very disappointing to see that the so-called Premium quality product was not up to mark, it was Third quality commercial product. Tile Color was varied within the box. No Single tile was matched with others. there is no polish on some tiles. I have opened 5 boxes (15 pcs) and found 6 tiles(2 boxes ) mismatched and 4 tiles (2 boxes) without polished. I called the company representative of Kota City, He examined the tiles as per my complaint and found there is a manufacturer defect with this product. He agrees to return the entire 34 boxes with 8 opened boxes. But he didn't agree to pay my labor charges of 4 guys, 40 ft Sand, 3 beg of cement, and handling charges that I paid for the tiles. Now, I just want to know who will bear this wastage of my money here. My floor was ready with cement plaster and ready to fix the tiles. Tiles found as the worst quality and nobody want to take the risk to fix bad tiles on the floor. I followed Oasis company on social media but no response as well. I am writing here to get any response from the company. I am attaching some pics for reference here. I hope I will get a prompt response from the company and will get my compensation that I have lost to trust the OASIS TILES.
PS: I am not considering my personal expenses, I took half a day leave from the office to sort out the things with the Dealer. I am not considering my half-day compensation here as well.
