★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is average in terms of construction quality. However the site management is pathetic and the construction VP is useless person with zero knowledge and lot of attitude. He will ask money to get the work done and if you don't give he will ensure to delay your work as much as he can. Builder/owner is still helpful , but he is also dependent on Construction VP for getting petty things done. Overall experience is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with state of affair at Venetia as seen last on 24Sep'21.. There are only 130 flats registered out of 500+ flats in 4 Towers. The most occupied is Tower A. There are 02 shops opened in the building complex.
The area requires major maintenance and clean up. The approach road to Venetia is also in bad shape..

-The gas pipeline connections takes time to get installed and run.
-A prayer place is a must in isolated places as this.
