★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed here from Dec 2017 to April 2019. Apartments are reasonable. Proximity to Juhu beach and sea facing views on 4th to 6th floors are advantages. Not to forget Linking Road is very close and so is Nanavati Hospital. Both domestic and international airports are 30-40 min by car which is superb considering Mumbai is the worlds most congested city.
Coming to disadvantages - If you have a car, and use it daily, DO NOT choose this apartment as the access road is utterly unusable and you won’t get parking space either. Another big disadvantage is that flights take off and land into Mumbai airport directly above this building hence the noise levels are high. The neighbourhood is a slum and they may randomly have loud music in the nights even at 3 am with some thugs drinking and having no respect for your sleep timings. I have had to call the cops to have this looked into. So if you really must stay in this area for work purposes as in my case - take it but I would advise against this as a long term plan because it is quite stressful. Cheers.
