BLUFF-MASTER STEELS LTD. should be the name of this company as the employees of this company are RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE, HOPELESS, CARELESS and LAZY fellows specially the Sales and Accounting Department.
Once you make advance payment these are the issues you will face:
- Employees will stop answering to your calls.
- There will be no possible way you can reach a responsible person and expect a good answer.
- Oh yes! Rude answers from their office staff can definitely be expected.
- It is your life's biggest fault if you made an advance payment to this company as their employees will make you realize your mistake every single day.
- Delivery timeline will never be accurate or near to the accuracy.
- Fake commitments will always be given.
- Mental torture.
- 100% frustration guaranteed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company can be a headache to deal with, BEWARE of this company below are the reason you need to watch out:
1) NEVER give advance payment to this company, NEVER means NEVER.
2) They never stick to their commitment.
3) Never delivers the material on time. (If delivery is confirmed within 1 week I can bet on the fact that they will deliver after 5 weeks)
4) Issues with transportation. The reason for late delivery they will always give is that transportation is not available please arrange from your side.
When you will arrange for the transportation, they will literally frustrate the truck/vehicle driver by not loading the material before 4 hours. Our transporter ran away 2 times from their factory and also was not ready to go back for loading.
5) Finally when you get your material delivered and what you see is YOUR MATERIAL IS NOT AS PER THE ORDER, VARIATIONS IN SIZE, VARIATION IN MATERIALS and what not.
6) So when you want to return the material again you have to arrange for the transportation, again a big headache for the transporter to unload the material at their factory.
7) Overall the staff specially the sales and accounts people are hopless in this company and these guys don't know the definition of business management at all. The directors of this company must be highly irresponsible persons, that's what I personally believer.
Overall Rating: DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE PUNCTUAL IN YOUR PRODUCTION TIMELINE OR ELSE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMER'S TRUST.
