★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While getting to Ocean Vista Villas is a little tricky, once you're there, you're pretty much going to want to stay put.
Situated up high over the little coastal town of Uttan, on the Thane-Bhayandar coast, this hidden gem (not for long) is a superb space to relax, unwind, kick back and just be lavished in peace and quiet.
So far, there are 2 large, stylishly designed modern villas. Aside from some small leaks in the Bathroom, everything is quite perfect.
There's plenty of room for family, friends, kids to play, and cool, private swimming pools for each villa. The caretakers are polite, courteous, hardworking, and quite on the ball for all your needs; just keep your needs real and you'll be fine.
The space is clean, sanitized and very hygienic.
The owner is a great guy, very charming, patient, and very accommodating.
The road getting here, as said, is not great and a small challenge for bikes and small cars so I suggest taking more than 2 days off to stay here and make the most of everything.
Catch a balmy sunset, enjoy delicious cooked fresh food, stunning views and chill in the cool waters of the pool you have all to yourself. Even have a little Barbeque or karaoke if you want.
There's very little chance you'll not have a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My self and my friends had great time last weekend here.The villa is well maintained and location is outstanding.The last 500 meter road is very rough. The service and hospitality is great ?..The dinner meal was not satisfactory. We planned for the BBQ but wen they served it was completely cold.
Other than that everything went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well maintained, clean and spacious. It’s actually massive for a group of 10 people but for those who enjoy space and comfort it’s perfect. The view from the room is simply amazing as it overlooks the beach and your can see all these fishing boats. The pool is large (no kiddie pool) and is kept clean.The kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery & a pan. They also provide you with toiletries and towels. There’s ample of extra bedding in each of the rooms.The toilets are extremely clean.
You can opt for meal plans as well but we chose to take our own food. Do not rely on swiggy/ZOMATO as the place is situated right up top with steep slopes and is almost not easily accessible. There are no shops in and around and you’d have to travel a minimum of 2-3kms if you do forget to carry anything. This may also be a problem if you take an ola/uber.
There’s no wifi provided but your cell network works perfectly well irrespective of the service provider. All in all it was a great place for the us to have a good time with our cousins on a weekend as the entire space was for us with no restrictions on how late or loud u get! It’s recommend you have your own vehicle or rent one so incase you have to go somewhere you have a vehicle handy.
One last thing is that there a lot of stray dogs that are around the villa, they cause no problem but are starved and undernourished. So if u do plan to visit please carry some extra biscuits and milk so that they are fed as they depend on guests for food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome property away from a busy life. A perfect getaway for a weekend. The place is very well maintained & spacious too. We were a group of 20-25 people...who could easily accomodate. There is ample of extra bedding provided. The food was also awesome. It's an ideal place for large & small groups. The view from the room is ohh so amazing....made me drool over the sunrise & sunset view from our room....could see fishing boats & had a beach view too. The swimming pool is also kept clean. We could play indoor & outdoor games too. Looking forward to visit the place again. Kudos to Mr. Mallay Mehta for having built such a property for people who want to have a break from the chaotic & busy life to create memories with their dear ones. Would highly recommend people to visit this place to spend quality time with thier closed ones?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful property away from the city life. Have been here at 2 occasions and the property has evolved extremely well. The property is more beautiful than the pictures online. Ideal place for large groups and families. Owner Mr. Mallaya and the staff will do everything in their capacity to make sure you have a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking to hire a Bungalow to visit along with friends or family, this place is easily one of the best places to go. It is only an hour drive from Mumbai, conveniently located and easily traceable.
The property is clean and tidy and very well maintained. It can easily accommodate a large group of 15 to 20 people as well. The view from the property is breathtaking - I have never seen such beautiful views so near to Bombay.
They have an in house cook - makes the most delicious meals - would recommend eating from there only. They have a permanent care taker (Mr. Ramratan) too - for all that you will need. He is super sweet and hospitable and will help you with whatever you need around and in the villa. Besides, they provide towels, toiletries, quick service, modifications in the food as you require etc. - anything that will make your stay memorable. The villa has a private pool - which is clean and quite big. The pool and lawn area is lit in evenings and make a pretty sight to sit and chat or take a stroll. They have a music system in place as well.
Would definitely recommend one to visit here!
