★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my mother has gone there for chest x ray... The person who is doing x-ray is the worst ever, characterless boy. My mother has gone alone, she was asked to change clothes. While she is changing her clothes the man was starring from outside, constantly. When my mom observed this she called a lady patient from outside to sit there while doing x-ray and changing cloth again. That is not enough, when my mother came outside and went to the reception, he promptly went there and keep standing so that she could not complain against him. My mother got frightened. Never ever visit there... The worst place I have ever seen... I am going to take legal step against this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total waste they call me at 12:30 pm for vaccination but until 1 pm vaccination not started just saying that once manager will come then they will start the vaccination ..total waste of time... Staff don't now simple ethics and sont have any time management if the manager don't have value for time then God knows how this place runs.. Don't go there.. It's my first and last.... Staff can use their shoes but for customer they have to remove their shoes outside.... Total disaster...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst , third class type of diagnostic centre. If u don't have another option also, plz don't visit them. They don't know the basic manner how to communicate with patients specially the reception . They all time gossiping by their own. No hygiene , no professionalism maintained there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic service, after booking through cowin I came here to take my 2nd dose covishield vaccine, they put me on hold and after 1 hour long waiting they told me they are not able to give me the vaccination dose.
Front desk girls are busy to gossip rather than give attention for the visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They let you talk to your doctor only if you have opted for their pathology services. Also you need to take medicine from their pharmacy for which some advance deposit has to be submitted for booking appointment with doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever! They don't care about patients, only doing business. They charge high for diagnostic testing, and if you have done the tests for anywhere else, they don't allow it there. They are looting common people. A test which costs Rs. 220 somewhere else, they charge Rs 600. Abar bole kina, "amader cholbe ki kore na nile?"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Worst behaviour by lady enlisting patients details.
2. Not allowing patients report from other diagnostic. Allowing external report only for first visit, but warning them not to allow from next visit.
3. Taking Rs. 100 more from every patient above doctor's fees and force to take medicines from adjacent Pharmacy to adjust that money.
4. Other staffs have no sence. When for a critical patient, doctor himself comes out of his chamber to check him in reception, these staffs are continuously chatting loudly in that place, sitting together. They don't bother the inconveniences of doctor and patient's family that time.

Robbing common people The whole staff is very rude. It's my request to the local authorities to take strict action against them for harrassing patients and their family members.
