★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had purchased the jacket from their showroom. After just one wear we noticed a defect on the jacket fabric. We approached to the shop owner and they just refused right away for any kind of assistance. Rather then taking it to the higher management the shop keeper just refused in a rude way that shows they don’t need customers or presenting the Octave in a bad way. Will not recommend to anyone for the specific shop. Hospitality is just a big 0 zero at their store
