★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our apartment has a multitude of basements, each needing 24/7 lighting. The builder had provided around 550 28 watt tube lights. We replaced these lights with auto dimming sensor LED battens from Octiot which led to a saving of over ₹ 3.5 lakhs per year with an ROI of around 6-7 months. The basements are now well lit and much brighter around areas where movement is detected.
During the course of receiving the supplies, a couple of lamps were damaged by the supply chain/transporter.we also had one lamp which had a bad driver. Octiot was very professional and responsive in arranging the replacements immediately, and we have had no issues since then. The installed lamps, at this point of writing, have been on for about 4 months continuously and we have had no failures.
We are now looking at stairwells and other areas where a similar concept may be deployed, and we are working with Octiot to provide an optimum solution.

The time taken from my initial call to completion of the work was so short and that was especially good given that it was the week before Diwali and I had been very worried about not having lights in place over the holiday period but they resolve my problem within the given time period.
