★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad when dealing with customers, the communication is difficult, weak, when you place an order they ask for the full amount of money and then they delay in responding, delay in preparing/ delivering the order, and when the order is ready, the sizes are completely wrong and not like what was sent to them, a lot and a lot of delays in work and response, I do not recommend dealing with the ODD Factory, after that missed up order that I did not receive, I requested a refund, they completely ignored me as usual
