Manish has extensive experience in Indian, the US, BS, ASHRAE, CIBSE codes, and hands-on experience on software like HAP, TRACE, Hevacomp, and IES. He has worked on the design of different applications like Residential, Commercial, mixed-use complexes, Retail, Custodial and Pharmaceutical projects.
Manish is a Qualified Mechanical Engineer from the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee) with over 26 years of cross-functional experience in the Design and Execution of Mechanical systems in Buildings Services.
Manish has worked in various reputable Indian organizations like Voltas, L&T, ABB, and in international organizations like Hilson Moran and WSP. In his past capacity as Associate Director for the building services team for WSP in India, he had been pivotal in setting up and leading the BIM and building services design team over 5 years. The team successfully worked for large offshore building services projects located in the UK.
