Here employees have so much patience that they explain everything in detail. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked as an intern in odigma recently for 3 months. At the start, I was a bit nervous as how I would be able to cope with the new office environment. But as soon as I entered the office, it was just like a feel at home experience for me. Usually, there is a misconception that the office life is hectic and boring but thanks to the people working in odigma that I was lucky to not think the same about office culture.
Pros-
1. Supporting and encouraging seniors. They will always boost your morale.
2. The feel at home environment
3. The best place to learn the basic stuffs of digital marketing.
4. Even for the customers, they will provide you with the best possible solutions.
5. There is no boss like culture over there.
Cons-
During the internship, I didn't find any cons. usually felt good all the time.
