★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Right from the executives to the cashier and even the store manager. The executives not only do not approach to assist of you're searching the shelves for a product but also have the audacity to pass comments about customers and have a joke at their expense. The cashier is a person who is extremely unprofessional and wastes a customer's time speaking absolute rubbish. He refuses to give change and instead cross questions customers and forces them to give ATM cards instead. He is extremely high handed and speaks badly. Shrugs his shoulders when asked for assistance. The manager when asked about the availability of a certain product, promises to follow up but never does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small grocery store.it sells goods slightly lesser than MRP resulting in savings to buyer.you don't find 'buy one get one'offers' like in Big Bzar or Reliance fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour of the person sitting at main counter even during COVID-19. He even misbehaves men. The security guard is good but the dokan wala is a rascal. I visited once and that was my last visit too. I prefer reliance fresh or local market rather than this place. This should be termed as "INSULT MART". Parking problem is there but is manageable but the person at the counter even if he's the owner must be changed in order for the shop to survive. Bloody rascal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good store at the heart of cda sector-9. beautiful ambience,classic collection of grocery,confectionery, and cosmetics available here arranged beautifully in a classified way.you can find exotic soap collections like our ethnic soap "khadi" hete...i got it here but no where where.worth visitable for a steel kitchen crockery at an affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice product range, not so easy to get stocks, wide varieties, well displayed though limited space. You get almost all as well as special items . Loved the chocolate ranges. A must visit place for all groceries. Infact they arranged Rooh Afzah sherbat which I was searching endlessly at many big marts even.
