★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phase -6 delivery is in delay till date. It has been 2 years. Get out of your Slumber and give us our homes especially who have given their entire amount!!!! Because of your delay we have to pay more money. Give ultimatum to the builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A state agency with unacceptable incompetency. I had applied for a flat (Kharavela Enclave) from OSHB in 2011. Paid every penny as per the provisional cost. I am made a fool of it with OSHB dragging this project and increasing the cost. As per the requirements I can't even apply for another and don't have a compensated exit clause (SIC). I don't know why Naveen babu is not taking action against such incompetent bunch of jokers at OSHB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a purchaser of a flat of OSHB dream project Kharavela enclave, paid entire cost n also GST. But unfortunately the project is not yet completed even after about 10 years. No commitment of date of delivery from any authorised person.
With lot anguish n frustration I appeal not to further tarnish the image of institutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 11 years that the project from OSHB pending to be delivered, we the customers have put on tremendous effort to make sure things are moving but in vain. Kharavela enclave is still not completed, and delivered to the buyers.We are loosing patience, and such delays is delay to justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We preferred OSHB over private builders with very high hopes, the former being a govt organisation to deliver our dream home. It’s been more than a decade the Kharavela Enclave, Bhubaneswar was initiated and we are still not sure when the project will be delivered to us. We have been following up with OSBH and we have been given fake assurances but no real hope with very little progress on ground. We badly need the intervention of our @ Chief Minister to expediate they delivery of thr project. # ??
