★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odisha State Secretariat is now known as Loka Seva Bhavan. It is the apex organization of the state government. More than 40+ Departments are there in the premises. You can enter in to the premises if you have a valid entry pass. The pass counter is now closed for COVID-19 pandemic.
