And worst thing is that all 5 star reviews are paid reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant people.......they reject the properly qualified candidate because they think that candidate are unstable without even bothering to know the real reason behind that.
Job market is a very different place than what they have conceptualised in there head.
Staff specialy the recruitment is pathetic....there director Mr gajjar and VP have got no etiquettes......who promoted them to this designation.
All the reviews are paid..... The force there employees to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional company. It's better to stay unemployed rather than join them. They'll behave very nicely during interviev n job but once u give resignation they will be the most unprofessional people you will ever meet and their HR department is a joke they are really careless in management.
I left this company on first day because they refused to pay any salary during training which they promised to pay during our interview and HR rounds of interview process. And they blamed the seniors of our college for whole thing saying seniors leave in 2 years only but the reality was they refused increment to those people who are loyal and stayed with them for 2 years. The increment wasn't even like insane amount of 10lacs or something.
I suggest you to try to interview at other odoo Company.
P.S. if the HR tells you that your laptop will be formatted there to install Ubuntu don't believe her, she's just a messenger, ask for the technical person and talk with him about that stuff ( I bought licensd windows laptop last year so when she said that I was ready to quit right there if it was mandatory)

Pros :
1. Good work environment.
2. Supportive teammates and management.
3. Always appreciate and welcome product feedbacks from employees.
4. Five days working.
Scope of Improvement :
1. Dedicated training for new joinee.
2. Company is based at Gandhinagar but not providing pick and drop service.
