★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestled along the tirthan river the place is amazing with nice wooden rooms and a central dining cum play area. Rooms have all the basic amenities. Also the food at the restaurant is chargeable. Manish who is the owner is a warm person who made us feel comfortable. The staff is also cordial. The dining area is also nicely built. We had the river facing room. The river views from the room was amazing. You can also go to the river from the property. Overall a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offbeat Abodes is 6 room homestay on the banks of Tirthan River on one side & lush green forest on other side. Beautiful location & nice home like food. Rooms don't have TV or WiFi but you will natural beauty in abundance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altought i stayed for one day, It was one my best experience in my recent trip to Himachal. I would recommend to take river facing room only because the views are beautiful from there. Staff is really good and friendly and food is also nice. But dont expect too much on amenities sides as this is not is USP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We along with our daughter stayed at off beat abodes, from 13th July to 16th July 2021.This property is totally managed by local persons who have no knowledge of hospitality and service is very poor. Owner of the property who himself stays a few yards away never bothered to visit his guests its just a courtesy. They never came to clean the room. It was on our repeated requests They cleaned the room after three days. Terrif too is on higher level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had planned to stay here for 4 nights but unfortunately couldn’t stay there more than 2,As the service was so pathetic,Even though we were the only ones staying at the place.
The owner Manish was very rude and arrogant,And also very greedy as he charged us more than what we had agreed upon.
There were flies in the room and we had an infant along,We kept complaining but nothing changed.
Don’t fall for the pictures or the location,Yes it is good,But in the end its the service and hospitality that matters,And I have never seen such a bad host anywhere.
Would highly recommend not to visit,Because of their service and how they treat their guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and beautiful place with breathtaking view from cottages. Cool breeze blows 24 x 7 which keeps spirits all time high.
Hospitality at its best. Mr Om and team has all time smiling faces ready to serve at any given time. Owner is extremely co-operative and take care of all minute concerns if raised.
Definitely will keep coming back to this marvellous property consisting team of humble hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We happened to walk in this place for a one night stay. We booked two cottages. They have us room heaters and had good hot water. It's a beautiful property by the river side, though you cannot walk to the river from here. They have a nice lawn and sit out here. The cafe is well made and the food is good.
The Choi waterfall is 1.5kms from here.
