★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmanaged rule and extremely crowdy.If you want to come here to register your property you should be mentally prepared to gell torture from no co operative government officials and filthy infrastructure. In most of the places there are no fans even.i entered in the building premises at 12 o clock and my registration got done by 5:30 PM. Way lazy stuff, they don't value customer's time.Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowdy, as usual. Agents and middlemen are there. You can get quick service if you spend some extra bucks. However, there are also some good people to serve you without any difficulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're going to register your flat / property here, be ready to wait entire day from 10 AM to 7 PM just to give your photograph and signature. Prepare well ahead by packing food as no proper canteen is present. Carry a plastic chair because there will be no place to sit. Also if you're suffering from diabetes or kidney problem, don't visit as bathroom has not been cleaned for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't belive this, how they have maintained our registrar office . Neither hygiene maintained , nor proper seats are available. Dirty waste buckets are kept ( where u can find people spits ) . I dont knw what the government are doing with their own gov ofc. The best part is ,, we visited after diwali , and found everything is dirty.?. Please maintain kolkata/west bengal reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor facility. No option to maintain covid 19 protocol. You have to jump over everyone to get the biometric verification done. If you do have good settings, you have to spend 7/8 hours to get the registration done. I'm surprised just beside the Raj Bhavan North Gate, such an important state government ARA office. There is no standard. No ethics of doing work. It's like a fish market. Hope someday property registration facility will be as per passport seva kendra, where people will get a scheduled appointment. And can do the process in peace, with dignity.
