The owner Rajiv Gautam, was quick to enthusiastically overcommit a timeline and a certain quality.
Neither has been met.
And taking him by his word I paid the entire amount in advance breaking it up into two. But less aware that like most vendors who commit first and commit big and under deliver, similar would be my experience.
The amount of energy that went into chasing and calling to ensure that the furniture gets delivered and assembled was insane.
I’d never wish any other business owner goes through the same plight as mine. And thus sharing this review, hoping it helps someone else.
Good and professional business owners are usually open to feedback to ensure they make their processes and delivery better for the end customer.
But that isn’t the case with Mr. Rajiv Gautam, he is very clear that he is right and the customer is wrong.
For those heading to this store to get furniture of any sort, please spare yourself the agony.
