Following them for the past two months but i am unable to reach them as customer care doesnt even revert and if you get any local number from internet they would even deny to listen to you. They just know how to grab their new customers through good price chart. NEVER EVER GO FOR IT!

The service engineers who visit onsite are like..."Sir i dont have a job, thats why I have to work in this company, these type of companies should be banned.

Worst Service, Worst Customer Service
I just hate it.
Poor Speed
They offer 100mbps
In reality you will 1mb 600kb 200kb most of the time.
In case you have very urgent work, regarding Internet. Trust me guys it won't work on that day.
And I promise you they won't solve it in day.
But don't worry Customer Service is there to note down your complaint.
Once complaint done don't worry they won't contact you back in your lifetime.
No matter your query is solved or not.
Even if you try calling back, they will pick and will disconnect your call without speaking a single word.
Thanks for all frustration and Amazing Service.
I use it and I hate it daily.
But yes it's cheap and I don't like this Cheapness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience so far has been similar to that of most of the other reviewers. Horrible service. Long durations of down time. I had around 12 days over the last couple of months when their internet was down. When I requested them to adjust my billing period accordingly, they denied & said that only 2 days were reported. Customer support is quite bad. Most of the time, their only advice is to "restart the server".
I am currently considering lodging a complaint against them in consumer forum.
I live in a place where I do not have a lot of alternatives. If I did, I would have switched ISPs in a heartbeat.
Stay away from TriplePlay. 0 stars!
