It only took one meeting to realize that Sanjiv's capacity and talent far exceeded the other architects I had interviewed. I have been continuouslly impressed by his attention to detail, follow through and ability to balance client desire with incredible design. Sanjeev has the unusual ability to balance world class design with real world application. He also brings his extensive construction background to every project. During construction I realized that those skills were invaluable in turning design into reality. Specifically, Sanjeev held the project to a high standard and made sure the design vision was properly implemented. All of my worries were quickly put away and when I saw the quality of work. Sanjiv provided complete renovation for my home. Although it was one year of work every thing was done tastefully. He has experience and great vision for materials. I even decided to pay the team extra as it was done beyond our imagination. I would use his whole team to build my Villa in Goa too. Thank you once again Sanjiv and the team of OFIA for Amazing job you guys doing ..keep it up!!!

Unbelievably use of material and the Technologies, every thing was given a great attention for details. what I like the most was Sanjiv puts his heart and soul into his work.
