★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long-overdue review. I went to OHHM Ayurveda for chronic sinusitis and asthma for which I could not get relief after months of treatment prescribed by my PCP. Dr. Poonam was able to root the cause of the problem and recommended supplements and diet changes, after which I was able to get off the antihistamines and finally got relief from asthma within days after his treatment began. I had diet consultations with Dr. Poonam and her team - I highly recommend them. More recently, I went back for other issues and the at-home detox was recommended. It was the first time that I did the panchakarma, and I was initially skeptical about it
however, the end result has been amazing and well beyond my expectation. I lost about 2.26 kgs during the week of panchakarma and continue to do so by following their diet recommendations. But more importantly, this has eliminated my fatigue and had reduced some of the issues that I went to the clinic for. I do highly recommend the detox program.

You walk away feeling empowered to take care of yourself. DIY panchakarma detox program offered by the clinic was a good way to reset your metabolism and your mind. You are set up with all the herbs necessary for your detox week, have video guides and you follow it for a week and the results are great!
