β β β β β I have paid my bill on time but they cut my connection and saying that i didnt paid my bill. When I asked them to show their receipt book if there is no receipt for my bill i agreed to pay double. But they didnt show and cut down my connection. They even dont know how to behave. Dont go for it. They have problems everyday and if you try their no. Its always busy. BIG NO TO OJAS BROADBAND

β β β β β Guy not at all proactive and professional. No quality, standards and work ethics. Needs to be responsive towards new and regular customers proactively and should be always eager to assist. Needs lots of improvement

β β β β β They don't answer your call when internet is down in your area . Customer service is not up to the mark . In starting days service was good but now I have to call them 4 - 5 time within a month for internet breakdown . And the duration of this breakdown is 1 - 2 hours everytime . Because of this I was unable to take my online classes .

β β β β β Got their services just before this 21 days lockdown for WFH facility. Offered 50 MB. Though initially it seemed that they were not interested guy came and installed services in 10 mins. Though there are fluctuations in the network but I am satisfied as I work during night hours and get exact 50 + Speed

β β β β β These guys run the operations like rookies. Have to call every other week for poor speed or no internet. Then either they will fix it after 5-6 days according to their wish. This time they said sir kisi aur ka lagwalo phir. When I asked for refund minus the no of days I used it then they denied it completely and even went one step ahead and disconnected my internet as well , essentially making customer to pay for whole 21 days and without internet. Finally went ahead with airtel. There is a reason these multi national companies are reputed- " They are humble and don't mess with services"

β β β β β Tired of calling them again and again for poor speed or no internet at all. Speed is very inconsistent. There is no professionalism at all, they don't know how to talk to a customer. I have paid for the service and i deserve the service, but they are not at all ready to take the responsibility. If you call them, they only argue with you instead of providing good service.I cut my connection, never faced such people whom you pay for a service that you don't get instead what you get is their arrogant behaviour.
