★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst services ever. They are fraud. They take your security + advance rent and then don't even listen to your problems. My AC didn't work, there is no water in the pg, no gas to cook. I have suffered a lot here even all of my pg mates had bad experiences with them.
They don't even give your security when you leave. They have shifted us from one of to another in between our exams. Boys (their office workers) come to visit pg daily. There is no security and safety. They are very big fraud.
