Who has 4th stage pancreatic cancer
Waited for almost a hour after several request from my side they told me to visit their c scheme branch for some other prior test
Which has no relation with the sonography
Absolutely disgusting service by the desk managers
Everyone was keen on seeing the tv serial and cracking jokes out of it
Instead of working
Please don't waste your money and your valuable time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This diagnostic Center does not give bill to the patients after their medical test even after continuous reminders. Their service is not up to mark. They don’t have any efficient computer operator .worst service and rude behaviour. I don’t recommend this diagnostic Center. This is first time that I got my test done here but absolutely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been earlier in the last month for my complete routine check up and was satisfied with the services.
But today , i had been adviced some list of tests for the viral fever amounting to almost 8900 and the staff did not have the courtesy to attend calls or reply back even in 1 hour.
Sorry to say but medical staff must be pro active and can not answer to a patient that they do not have time to reply a call or msg. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and management. Went there after taking prior appointment still they were least bothered on entertaining me, waited for 2.5 hours, still went after taking a refund. Staff was merely swiping cards, taking money from patients and giving false hope to ill people that they will be checking and giving them reports in few minutes. I would recommend people to choose other diagnostic center over this particular center. It is a total wastage of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst diagnostic lab you would ever come across. They won’t give you reports even after you pay money. Their pricing is almost double than other labs like B Lal or Lal Pathlabs. Highly untrained and uneducated staff.
