★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having the services of Okay Diagnostic for the last 6 years.
And i was always provided with excellent services, well behaved staff, Timely and Accurate reports.
Today, all lab tests of my family members and even my relatives are done with Okay Diagnostics.
There are many reports which must be very very accurate. And they never disappointed me.
Mr. Anil Kumawat, a lab technician of Okay Diagnostic is very polite, expert of his work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although there are high no. of patients because of increasing cases but I found cleanliness maintained and staff was maintaining proper sanitization of CT table. The patients were being asked to stay in line, and maintain distance. The charges may seem a bit high as compared to govt. institute but they provided fast service as promised and were responsive. Thank You.

My family going to your centre for routine checkup since 4 year
Very bad facility in your okay Diagnostic centre Vaishali Nagar not responding properly to patients.
Me and my Mother went to your centre for routine check-up but your Diagnostic centre Receptions was not present seat I am talking with manager but he was busy in mobile with somebody.
I waited for the manager to talk to me and sometime after he was talking very rudely and wrong words said me. He said our staff on holiday so you will come tomorrow. I got very angry after hearing wrong words your manager. You have hired a manager who does not have the skills to talk to the patient. He told to me you go out the Diagnostic centre and he went away ignoring my words. I got very angry i am left centre went away. Your Diagnostic centre Manager is very bad person. So I went to the next Diagnostic centre l for treatment. Me and my mom's time in your Diagnostic centre wasted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff posted here not responsible. For city scane, I visited three times but the technician not available all three times. Then I went another Diagnostic center for city scane. 4th time I visited for covid test at Okay diagnostic at 7 pm, but the staff said that the time is over. On 26th April my daughter went to Okay Diagnostic for Covid test, the centre charged Rs. 500/- for test inleau of 350/- as Government orders. Rs.150/-charged for online report. This Rs. 150/- looted by Okay diagnostic by all the people's who going for Covid test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst diagnostic centre in Jaipur. Firstly, staff on counter does not know if they do few particular tests and the customer himself/herself has to ask this to C-Scheme branch. Secondly, there is some old aged man on the counter who keeps on shouting different names of the staff inspite of being in a hospitality prone area. Thirdly when they said to collect reports after 7 and reaching them by 8:30 we were asked to come back the next day morning as the staff was not available. One of the worst experience at such a renowned diagnostic centre of Jaipur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am being coming to your centre since very long time to vaishali nagar & satisfied with the behavior of staff specially mrs Rinku kumawat she is very caring, soft spoken & prompt, hygiene, cleanliness & results everthing quite good.
Only one issue is of test rates i feel it's high in comparison to other labs pl if the management can sed to it. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good lab. Went for RTPCR covid test for travel. Got it in 15 mins. 350 Rs. report comes in night around 9 pm
Parking available on main Gandhi path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge a lot but fail to provide basic amenities to the patients. I opted for online report but they were unable to deliver it on time. The front office staff is short tempered and unprofessional. During Covid time, there were very long queues and they earned like anything. Usually doctors suggest OK Diagnostics I wonder why?
Last but not least when you call on there land line numbers there is recorded voice of a CROW that makes you feel yell.
