No fire saftey sytem. Valve are closed dur e to ground pipe leakage.
Intercome not working more than last two years.
Half of the lifts are not working.
Water supply n Boaring system is poor.
Sell of electricity from common area meter.
Common.area selling by construction of flat n pantahouse.
