They gave me a fault scooter.
They dont change the fault scooter...they repair it and give to the customers.
I am using okinawa i praise plus since one month and still they didnt solve the problem and not yet gave me another scooter.
They dont give proper service.
They only respect customers while selling the scooter, Once they selled their product , they dont give proper service, after that they dont respect customers.
They argue with customers.
As a customer of okinawa i suggest all the new customers to dont buy any scooters from here.
This is a third class ev vehicle company and service center.
If the company is like this ...there is no future of okinawa in market.
