I purchased the i praise electric bike from MK e MOTORS. I got issues with my bike but the dealer was not able to solve the issues at all. When asked for servicing fee 450 rs details, they don't have any answer for that. Also my USB port was not working so got there to fix it and I got answers like for some bikes it works fine and for some bikes it does not work. Also they asked why do require such type of USB port. I mean is this really a valid question?
Think twice before you go for a visit.
