★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #OLA the worst cab service. Booked an auto the driver cancelled it saying we r paying by ola money and he want cash. Then we booked cab after 10min the driver says the cab is not starting. Went to OLA office to raise the complaint they said the office in for drivers and not for customers. We customers are unknown people , we can't give the managers number or customer service number. #OLA what kind of driver do you recruit who are ready to cancel the service and we have to pay Rs.50/- from our pocket....Ola you pay cancellation fee if your driver is cancelling the service. Why are you robbing our money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first and last terrible experience with Ola.
The app doesn't detect my right location, or the drive didn't bother coming at pick up. I walked over to the other side, give him the otp. Right upto that point the destination address was displayed properly. After typing in the OTP the drop point displayed was my pick up point.
There's the glitch, the driver requested I check. I did. My details show correctly as I booked them. It didn't show the same on his device, and he tells me I've entered the wrong details, that he'll drop me to my pick up point from where I walked to catch my ride in the first place.
He tells me it's my mistake and that I'm not the only one who knows to use technology.
He spoke much too much than was necessary.
He called his supervisor and spoke of my rash talk, NOBODY wants to hear a whole doze of yelling first thing the morning!
When the supervisor requested to speak with me, when I explained the situation, she had the decency to apologise for the problem.
But it wasn't over!
This man! After a whole lot of drama he drove the auto while talking on the phone constantly complaining about me to his (pretend) supervisor. And when I did ask him to stop talking, he refused. Asked him to give me the phone so I can speak as well, he refused.
He went out of line and said " I should listen to him complain during the ride ". He continued talking on the phone while driving which is violation101.
You guys are no competition to Uber. I am certainly NOT the first of customers complaining about ola drivers or their terrible services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are so bad. Once you are taking vehicle means they will make you run from one office to other office for small small issue. Also as per there commitment they are not giving business. They will promise for 3,500 of business but after working 12hr to 14hr you can make upto 2500. from that they will deduct there rent, untill unless they didn't get there rent amount they will give trips once after collecting till 1500 then they will reduce the trip or else they will give small trip, which will be worth of 50 or 70rupees. My suggestion is not to take Lease car not even use the OLA service. Uber is better as compare to OLA. I have attached one more vehicle in UBER there I am earning very good money.

Bhavish Aggarwal will be the next Aggarwal to flee away with peoples money!! **15 days since vehicle got registered and every day I get call for delivery and never get it** Best part nobody to contact or complain about. When we call back on the number from which we got call, they say we don’t know.

Auto driver has come my location and he took OTP then and suddenly he cancelled aand i called him several times but he didn't pick.... He made a mistake but I paid the fine rs25... Really worst
