Unfortunately I was waiting for your car but neither it was come nor any confirmation was come,
Finally I was book another taxi by paying double fare to howrah station,
How it has been happened clarify me
is very very unfortunate and experience with Ola

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is not open though it is showing in Google that it's open!!! Neither they have any telephone number nor have any update on Google about the office closure.... went there and returned from the office door in this COVID19 situation...????. After joining them as partner my rider account has been blocked... Ola money more than ₹3,000/- has not been refunded.... Now after revoking the partnership only ₹3,000/- security deposit has been refunded out of ₹6,000/- ..... very bad experience
