1-- Charges for milk is different for different people , they are not at all fare in there pricing ... They were charging 55 /lt to many people in my society whereas for few of us they were charging 60/lt .
2-- delivery service is poor, guys can come anytime between 8 am to 3 pm .. you need to work according to him.
3-- they donot bring guy to check the milk quality , and keep on saying he will come tomorrow, it sense fishy ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, Office executive never answer call, they are not professional, I am taking service from last 9 month, I never get delivery on time, office staff don't care about your calls, One day I have called to inform that my guard will take packet, she not answered my call , I have tried 4-5 time after 3 days she called and was asking issue, even they disconnect customer call too,I have never seen such poor service, they don't deserve even one star, I have read on newspapar about oleche so I have started service, but I think CEO is not looking their staff or service, I hope you will my feedback and improve your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using their service for close to a year. While the quality of the milk is Good, pathetic customer service and their delivery guy/customer service seem to be running a scam. Took money from me to bring a coupon booklet, never gave the booklet and say they have given the booklet. I asked to speak with seniors in the organisation to resolve the issue but outrightly refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The milk may be good but the delivery and the response is really pathetic. The so called delivery boy took the money and gave some coupons which are lying in our house as nobody since last 10 days had bothered to supply the milk or give the response.
The delivery of the coupons and collection of the money was very prompt and the company is entitled for this prompt service.
I don’t know what kind of software/ system they are having as I had made so many calls but no body is picking the phone. During the enquiry stage I asked from the customer representative and told about the bad reviews she told me to experience it !!! I am really experiencing the great services of O Leche!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milk is ok. Delivery guy is terrible. First month he reached by 10 am. After that never reaches before 12 noon, forgets delivery on some days, and is constantly talking on the phone or watching a video when I open the door. Sometimes, the milk packets are soiled too.
Update in 2022: Now, they have provided excellent delivery service. I get the delivery on time. The milk is also a million times better than Mother Dairy, Amul etc.
