★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dealer are fraud, they are worst and they work with RWA.
They shown me a flat and told that owners live outside and he will give power of attorney to its relatives. They shown me orginal paper with so called realtive and vdo call to the original owner .
Later I found out that they have taken flat from owner at 1.1 Cr and selling me at 1.3 cr .
They are making 20 lakh from this .
They had me and owner both in dark .
Now they had 1 lakh with them and not returning, When I contacted RWA , they are also taking side of dealers and fraud relative who is very close to them .
Please be aware of this society where flat are being sold at inflated rates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olive County has become hell for pets and pet owners. They have rules and fines for per owners despite they take all relevant action to take care of cleanliness.
Mr. Tyagi, Tomar acts like they are the owner of the society. People use basement storage rooms for drinking liquor and doing parties. No action taken against them.
RWA and Builder should make uniform rules and regulations for all. And some of these people who think they are the owners of the society must remember they must not disrespect others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, full of termite, seepage in every flat. We bought this overly priced flats looking at reviews and are struck now. In fact, one of the civil engineer told us now that building won't last for more than 15 years.
