★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. We ordered manchurian with gravy and they gave us dry one. When we told the staff member, he was extremely rude and started arguing but later he replaced it. Later we were taking pics outside the restaurant and a staff member came up and told us to leave the place as they wanted to clean it but even after 10 minutes since we left there was no cleaning done....Have been to so many places but nobody does that. Food was good, service was fast but the behavior of the staff ruined it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is at the heart of the city and is a good place to hang around. The food here is not iconic, it is average but the price is high. Let's say the food is overpriced according to the taste. The staff are trying to be helpful but need lot of professionalism. During our visit one of the item was charged without being served, but the manager provided brownie instead of that. As I said before, not what you expect from an upscale restaurant. Should you concentrate on your food or count the dishes before payment.
* The second time we visited this placed, the food tasted good, but still I would say it is overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olive Grill is an off shoot of the famous Prakash bakery located on its roof. The eatery is crowded on a Sunday and the staff consequently overwhelmed. Resultantly the service was dismal. Be prepared to be disappointed on that score. In fact the behaviour of the waiters seems as if they are terribly flummoxed by your presence!
The food, the raision d'etat for any eatery was below average. The butter chicken, which in Punjab should be good was below average. The peri peri chicken too was nothing swoon over and the smoked chicken soup horrible. It seems as if the food stuff, specially frozen, nearing expiry at the Prakash bakery is being utilised for cooking. Nothing else explains the awful tastes. Only the beer, which was chilled, and the popadum to go along passed muster.
Overall a disappointing experience.
