★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. Have been waiting for my car inspection for the last 3 days still no action has been taken by the management. They call you in office, make you wait and then send you home saying there's no time for inspection today, come back again tomorrow. Daily they say that we will inspect today and disappear after that. Worst experience. Won't sell here now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete fraud and a sham company, first your guy Mr Gaurav offers price for my car, then when I agree he reduces the offer by 2500 saying that I had agreed for a price lesser, then when I accept that he again reduces it by another 7500 saying that he made a mistake and the bid is lesser, when I was just about to sell my car at other place he insisted not to, I guess that's only to cheat people.. a shady company with diversion tactics... Be aware..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Waited for close to an hour to be told to go home as they would be doing home inspection. I have booked home inspection thrice. No one visits nor any courtesy to call up and tell that they can't make it.
Update: I got a call from OLX to book again and I had booked 4 times this week. No one turns up, no one ever calls. You would end up wasting your office time. Better just use Cars 24.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional services I have ever seen. I scheduled my car inspection recently but to my surprise did not get any call from the supervisor prior to the inspection to confirm. Even on the day of inspection there was no communication. I called up the customer care and they said the team will get back. Even after 3 hours there was no communication. Finally I was told that the previous inspection took time so my car inspection could not be done. Even if that was the case someone should inform the customer.
I re scheduled second time the next day itself, same story all over again, no communication, no one came for inspection. At last I had to go to the center myself. Got the inspection done somehow and was told that I will receive quote in 2 hours. It's been 8 hours as I type now and nothing. They are not picking up the calls either. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED, NO COURTESY, NO PROFESSIONALISM. They act as if they are doing you a favor. They only promise best rates but they won't inspect and won't give any quotation. Please go to others and not them. Or may be Faridabad NIT branch is the only one with incompetent staff. PATHETIC!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well ,i think when it's about pricing ofcourse they offer the best in the industry , but the payment release from their end is a cubersome process. My payment was a third payment payment and it had to come in 2 parts (as a process of OLX). I had to followup like rigorously so much for the payment. Either these people don't have sufficient amount in Bank or they like to process it timely so don't know. The first and second installment had to be followed so much even after giving the car delivery at their desired time. The payment process really needs to be worked upon at their end. Very disappointing.
