Highlight of course is not the processes in place but your people behind who ensure that processes are followed.
Good thing is their commitment to their job and emphasis on customer satisfaction.
I had the privilege to deal with Ganesh from your Andheri office who coordinated sale of my car. These above five stars are purely due to Ganesh and earned by Olx for his tireless service to Olx customers.
I have spent over 50 years in service industry as top management of an international corporation. From my experience, I think it is staff members like Ganesh which make a corporate A level.
The very fact that my review is not within 24 or 48 hours but after sometime of our transaction so my comments are not emotional but true reflection of my experience.

Subsequently the executive/manager was calling me regularly with various offers and finally clinched the offer most satisfying to me. Thereafter the paperwork etc were promptly done and my sale amount promptly transferred.
