★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap cheaters..please dont buy from them ..As a customer I had shared the requirements for my door...n they confirmed it would be well suited for the door and it would not be a hindrance..they called for the product..and my carpenter identified a few technical hindrance ..upon which I asked them to take the product and refund..The young boy who is running the store has no knowledge about anything..he got a 60mm.rod as a replacement..he cant even identify the parts...bcoz of him and his employees mistake they put the blame on me and are telling me that I should have brought my carpenter along..Does anyone go with the carpenter to buy locks and fittings everytime..stupid fools.. the product that costed ard 1000 was not .taken back..and for his foolishness I had to pay the price..as they blamed me for not knowing...inspite of request they didn't take the product..n now it's useless for me as I can't use it anywhere for any purpose..
While returning the product he just gave me the other parts and kept the main latch with himself.. it only shows what kind of foolish donkeys are running this store..
such people who are sitting there with flashy set up should first get their knowledge tested..and guide customers properly..
