★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ....coz i given my activa for servicing in running condition but after servicing i got my activa wheel is chocked , ur service person told that its drum has to be changed, which cost Rs 2100. But when i checked it from my local mechanic he resolved my problem without changing drum in only Rs 100 in front of me , now wheel is running smoothly. My mechanic said that there is only setting issue in wheel. And one more thing that this is second time im facing same problem which i already told to ur service person.
I also complaint abt this to honda higher authorities very soon.

Did not expect this from a Honda service centre. You give your vehicle in a good, working condition but would receive it back in non working(chocking) condition. Their services are merely for the purpose of money not for customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales services in this particular honda outlet is not great but not bad either.But the after sales Services like servicing of the vehicle, genuine parts services, behaviour of the staff are VERY VERY POOR!
Even when you contact the area manager, you get dissatisfied. And there are no solutions to your problems, no genuine parts guarantee, your vehicles get damaged when serviced by the servicing staff, and the behaviour of the servicing staff are so rude!
I mean are you (HONDA) doing us the consumer a favor by selling us your vehicles.
Totally dissatisfied with this experience.
Never going to buy HONDA VEHICLES IN FUTURE.
