★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Om Construction & builder is known for their cheap behaviour and they are the theft who just stole from their customers and employees once you get trapped with them they will stole all the money as much you have they shows the price of 28 lacks but when you booked a duplex you have to pay 35 and showing the plot area of 600 sq feet which is just 350 sqr feet so please we aware from these cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are among those sellers who after selling does not have attitude for caring. they r only business man and shall be asking buyers for various aggrements. on the basis of those aggreements buyers shall have to pay huge amounts for electricity and waters. be-aware of signing any aggreements with this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a weird experience with them. I live in abroad and as an investment I booked a duplex with them in Bhopal and paid them in half. They didn't complete the work on time and the Duplex they developed wasn't up to the standards. So many faults in it.
Om Builders people who deal with me was not good in communications. Very Rude.
Not a very good experience with them. I would not recommend to anyone, especially people who live outside India.
