Pathetic service. 3rd class AC onida old one and outdoor is also not working and they don't have manpower to give your service and both the owner are not responding your call. Don't have option to rate in minus otherwise I will definitely use it

I was serching for mitshubishi and got call from Om Corporation. They deliver and did installation on same day as per my requirement. They are very co operative nd quick service. Thank you for the fantastic service.

POOR SERVICE! Such a Bad Experience! Yesterday only, we got our AC installed through om corporation. Team of three guy came to install. They were just not ready to make another hole as per placement of AC even though older hole was 2 ft away, neither they wanted to shift bracket of outdoor unit. After our every proposal for placing of units technician used to call the manager to ask for guidance or confirmation. we were using our old unit and had deal accordingly. While installation, guy named TANMAY (manager) from office asked to pay 50 ruppees per ft charge just to install our own copper wire( which was never mentioned in deal) . Moreover while confirming with owner, we got to know actually there is no extra charge to install our own copper wire. They wanted us to buy that copper wire ( 250pr ft) from them as long as possible. Also, these people didn't cover all pipes and wire contacting to outdoor unit with proper tap or material. Now my newly colored wall contains an AC unit, 2 ft long THICK NOT PROPERLY COVERED WIRE and LOTS OF STAINS of DUST and HAND of those people. Surprisingly, those people managed to put dust and hand stains on living room main wall also... Wow.. Really frustrating. After a point we lost hope for the wall and AC.

Tl;dr find the any other vendor to get your work done. Not at all happy with the service and management. The manager(Tanmay) and the owner (Sanjay) were not on the same page when stating the price of installation. The mechanics don't answer any single question while at site and for every small question you have to call at office. Though the mechanics will not care about your opinion and would not only insist but force you to get the AC installed as per his wish. So that they can add 7 feet pipe to already available 7+feet . The way of work is dirty and they do no care about your house and leave hand prints all over the wall. 2 weeks after installation, the cooling stops which I had already bet would happen because of the rough way of working. When I called the owner his obvious answer was that you should have complained earlier(thanks to him I learnt that I'll always have to complain and leave negative review for any service I get from anyone so that my validity of their service or even getting heard remains intact). Thankfully my wife had already left a review here so we got a chance of being heard after a lot of argument. The same mechanic comes and fills up air in the compressor to check leakage. Once the air is filled, the owner calls them back half way in checking leakage stating they'll keep the air as it is and check it the next day. Unconvinced we gave into their word and the mechanics didn't arrive for a week. On calling the owner he says that the mechanic visited our place twice and the house was closed. Agreed. We were out during day. Why did they have to visit without even calling? Finally after a week 2 other mechanics arrive and fill up the compressor again and check for leakage in the outer unit. The leakage was spotted in the very bottom end of the condenser. Where the soap liquid was literally getting sprayed out like a barber's sprayer. How did the gas stay in for 2 weeks when the damage was this big? Finally we were suggested to replace the condenser for 7000rs. And fill gas for around 1500-2000rs. While after already paying for additional copper pipe for no reason while installation(total 2950), I felt cheated. The reasons for leakage were given to us that due to sewage line around and atmosphere of our locality the ACs require gas refilling every year. It seemed like a weird reason. On checking with neighbors no one shared any similar experience. If I am not wrong refrigerators too use the same gases. Nothing has happend with that. Our bizzare ride ended with them when we decided not go ahead with them for any further repairing. Their way of work is definitely shady. I had very regular expectations from them like professional behaviour, transparency and ethics but even those were not fulfilled( I myself had went to their office to get them to do my work with out any reference or marketing). It would have been better with some local standalone mechanic atleast I could have gotten answers from him directly. At the end I am still left with a damaged product and wondering whether the damage was done purposefully or was it an accident. Either way I am not going to take my chances with them any more especially when getting to make the AC work is going to cost like half the price of AC itself.
