Bought a cooler yesterday. We visited the showroom and the experience has left us anguished and feeling cheated because:
1. The product which was delivered to us was the same which was kept in the showroom for common use. When we went to the showroom the cooler was on and the same was delivered to us. The person who is managing the showroom (may be the owner) specifically said that he will get the stock from his warehouse and get it delivered to us.
The item was promised to be delivered by 3 PM, but actually delivered by 5.30 PM. However, it is clearly evident that the cooler was the display item which may be used since long and the delay in delivery was because of repacking. When I called the guy after the delivery, he was justifying as we don't understand and buying electronic items for the first time. Silly!!!
2. While making the payment by debit card, the guy insisted on giving cash payment as he will be charged 2% if card payment is done. He requested us to get it withdrawn from ATM and pay. But no cash was available in nearby ATM so we made part payment and part was agreed to paid on delivery. But the guy didn't send the invoice with the item. He again justified saying the item was delivered in a hurry so we can collect the invoice from the showroom later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buying experience has been pathetic. No staff to address so many customers visiting their shop. It's been over a month and I am still waiting for the original bill. Customers are not recommended to purchase any products from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks wise the showroom seems grand but their customer service is pathetic. Bought a cooler from them but it doesn't seem to work.
Update - we had to follow up for the product and it was found to be defective. The owner is very shrewd and purposefully gave us a defective product.
