★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is one of the worst service centre i have seen in all over odisha, i have purchased honda cd110 dream from this dealer at the same time they tear some free service paper from my service book (usually free service is across country) when i visit bhubaneswar khimji honda (19-1-2021) they said ur free service is already logged at om honda service center (berhampur) we can’t provide u the same, after requesting him they said we ll do ur general service but we can’t do any major issue of ur motorcycle and the did general service. After second service my third free service is already done at (3-8-2021) at om honda service center (berhampur) at that same time i said the om honda service persons plz resolve my motorcycle problem but the can’t solve that, they said some meaning less words like give ur motorcycle 4-5 days we ll solve ur problem, some serveice person used to says that our motorcycle have same problem. And the 3rd service they charged me 59 rupees + gst (for chain spray) bill not provided to me but my motorcycle cycle chain was too dry nothing is there. service staffs behave like rude. they think like we r HONDA authorised service center so many years what a customer ll do (totally monopoly). After warranty period customer ll paid the the manufacturer defect parts their thinking like this. After serving they even don’t call to any vehicle owner for take their vehicles i have given my vehicle 10:30 AM & i take at 6:30 PM even they never call to me. worst service.

There is good service for Honda bikes.
I have been using the service for my scooterette for last two years.
The workforce here is highly qualified and dedicated.
There is ample space around this service center also there is a small market nearby where you can get breakfast and snacks.

Instead of changing the battery which is getting drained for my new Avtiva 6G, they are only recharging the same. They don't have a standby battery to order new battery. Mind you, all this within 6 months of purchase.
They will say servicing will be in 1 or 2 hour.. But the liars will take your 1day time. All lazy and liars.
Avoid this service center if you can.

Further the infrastructures are to be improved for valuable customers by providing proper rest house with amusement in such a manner so that they can see direct the servicing & repairing of their vehicles.
