★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital and quite expensive. They care only about money rest nothing. Patient is not at all their priority. The servieces are also worst. I personally recommend don't visit it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is NABH accredited hosopital which provide 24/7 medical facility to the patients and has the emergency ward at the entrance doctors are very helpful and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst and one of the most unhygienic indoor spaces I have seen. The staff doesn't care at all about the patients. The receptionist had her mask on the chin the entire time I was there. No social distancing even with low number of patients. Their emergency OT has an extremely filthy bed, and next to it are all sorts of waste bins which staff apparently is also using to spit gutkha and paan masala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poorly maintained hospital. Improper hygiene. Way to public toilet is through mini ICU. ICU is heavily crowded with patients as well visitors. Even super deluxe rooms are full of mosquitoes. Over all it's not recommended. A healthy person may fall sick by visiting the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitals are places where some people often visit for a regular checkups, while some people, they visit the hospital to get treatment for a severe illlnes. They expect when in pain, if they visit the hospital they will be seen by the doctors and they will get well.
We also did the same mistake of opting for this "hospital", when my mother caught cardic arrest. She was in having chest pain when we took her to Om Hospital, considerig the fact that the "THE MAIN DOCTOR HERE IS OUR FAMILY DOCTOR" and he will not treat my mother like a customer who can throw money in their bank accounts right away.
We admitted her to the hospital, and at that time we were not aware she is getting a heart attack, So consider that the "DOCTOR SAHAB" will take care of things, we admitted her and what was the first thing we heard from their staff, "Sir, itne paise jama kar dijiye". For Lord's sake, we were not running away with our money, if you would have treated my mom well that day, and IF SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN ALIVE TODAY, if would have thrown a bundles of money ON YOUR FACE.
No doubt they tried their best, they gave aspirin to my mother, they tried to give her the best they could, and at last when they saw her condition is getting worse, they told us to take her to the another hospital for Stent Surgery.
DOCTOR SAHAB knew its a heart attack and my Mom could die, the woman who used to visit her since last 40 damn years, who considered the doctor and the hospital as her family doctor, she was in pain. Fair enough, they gave us a good advice of shifting her to another hospital... FAIR ENOUGH.
But if she would have given the Cardic Ambulance, which was not, may be due to the following reasons :-
1. They didnt care about it.
2. They didnt have the cardic ambulance(having a huge building is jut not enough guys, keep the bloody facilities!!)
3. They didnt have the doctor for the ambulance(The main doctor/or any doctor could also have gone with us, knowing that her patient, her patient from last 40 years is fighting a battle for life.. Is this how you treat your patients? )
Because of this hospital's ignorance, unvigilence, lack of bloody facilities, we suffered a great loss!
This review is not to defame any person/any building. My main purpose was, to whoever reading this, dont visit this hospital, for such serious illness.
This hospital can only treat your sardi, bukhar, khaansi, and nothing else.
I wish there were 0 stars I would have given so.
