Last year they managed to salvage my laptop from a randsomeware that uninstalled windows OS and locked all my files. Over this weekend I took my laptop to get seen to about the screen not turning on when booted. They identified the potential issue free of charge and redirected me to another store that would be able to help. It's fantastic knowing you are in safe hands with this store.
