Worked for more than 3 months . Just fill occurred .
Only persiality and no value of capability of a male TL .
Only female TLS are getting value by manegers .
After doing 2 months of job no proper salary.
Agents are getting paid only 5000/- to 6000/- not more than that .

He was selected here and on his 5th day he had fever in pandemic situation and just for taking one day leave the company has threw him out of the job. Such a manner cannot be expected from anyone. His manager was Suman . such a behavior isnot expected from anyone.

But they started online training today and I had doctor's appointment and said the HR met their targets to recruit employees and was removed from the group. And also the timing changed was told 8:30 am to 6 pm. Then today it was 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. What kind of company is it? Don't understand..
