★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, non-friendly staff, non-convenient behavior. They did feel important to call me for asking me i have misplaced my shoes at their place because one of their patient's went missing, but they didnt felt it imp to call to let me know my test report is ready or mail it directly even after whole 5 hours (even after being foretold to send report online and as early as possible). After calling for enquiry about reports, told me to ping over a whatsapp number, the message was seen but not replied till an hour. Looking forward with some more modifications in your service. Poor service !
