★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They even Manipulate the MRP...MRP is like their home made recipe...no drug governing body can control them..they decide the MRP...it's 10 percent off everywhere..but these guys don't want to lose even a inch so they just hike d printed rate by 10 %..0 percent integrity..it's better they sell foodgrains and oil..fit for that only..stop entering buisnesses requiring clinical knowledge..Do what u r fit fir..Money is not God guys

Incident: i had bought medicines worth 2k after my operation and needed a bill of the medicines the next day so I went the the medical to collect my bill when he says that his server is down so come after an hour to collect the bill to which i agreed and told him told him to please keep the bill ready so i can collect it later, I reached after few hours later more than the time he had called me to collect the bill and i asked for the bill which was not ready but that is okay i just told the man to give me the bill who had called me but he was busy attending other customers for which I waited but this man kept me waiting for so much time to which later i told him that i have been operated please do it quick i have to reach home and rest which he ignored and then i had to tell him so many times!! i must’ve waited for more then 10 mins when i see him attending the customers who had come after me for which i lashed out and told him to give me my bill or tell the other free workers to give me the bill for which he made me wait more saying the others two workers do not know how to give the bill and after my patience had crossed it limits he had to make me yell and one of the workers suddenly started writing my bill when he was standing ideal the whole time and thats not it after they gave me the bill they wrote an amount which was 100₹ lesser than i paid. I had a very bad experience and this is unforgivable that he made me wait even though i had come twice for which he also had the guts to tell me if you want the bill then come later at late night and collect it. This action is unforgivable
