★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired their services for packing and moving from Noida to Lucknow. They were all sweet talk until I finalized them. However, they were extremely unprofessional, not courteous and had no idea of what they were doing. To begin with they arrived about an hour late to start the packing, they ran out of packing material TWICE which caused a delay of 5 hours. Also, they had promised three layers of covering for the vehicle however they did perform only two layers which eventually led to my goods being damaged due to water seepage, including mattresses and wooden items.
Further to the above, once they reached the destination they started calling me from 3 am onwards. Worse is that they have damaged goods worth ~1.5 lacs in value. They promised they will get them repaired however even after consistent follow ups over a period of last 45 days they are yet to attend to any of the requests.
Also, against our agreement that payment will be paid post verification of the condition of the goods they started asking for complete payment before unloading and threatened to take away my goods. I had to lodge a police complaint to get them to comply with what they agreed upon.
These guys are big cheats and I will strongly recommends against using their services.
