Found one box opened and valuable stuffs were missing
They will observe where you are keeping valuable stuff while packing and will open that box only and will steal the stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional Service. We had hired them for moving good from Indore to Pune. First they haggled to get paid 100% upfront. We only paid 80% of the amount upfront (good choice). When the goods were delivered one parcel was missing, so I checked with them to hold paying 1000 INR so that it can be paid upon receipt of the final parcel. They claimed it must have been left back and will arrive for sure in later service. On this suggestion, the person interacting with us on phone, became abusive and threatened that either we pay the full amount, or he will take all parcels away and deliver them together when he has the missing parcel, and we can then make full payment (what a weird choice). After some argument we settled on holding back payment of INR 500 and a promise to get call back from them with news of our missing parcel. It has been 2 weeks with not a single SMS or call back from them.
So If you must deal with them make sure you insure the parcels and agree upfront on paying only 50-60% of the amount so that you can get compensated if some parcels go missing on delivery. The only plus side was that service and end to end delivery time was very fast. And all the labour / folks who visited us for loading and unloading were very courteous.
