some customer also not good every customer is different mind if you paid then check statement ,if statement is not showing
you have no authority to blame any shopkeeper that is my experience
and you sent to collect money from housewife

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a payment 2000/- to the merchant through PhonePe on 2/11/20. The merchant refused the credit of the same to his account. We shared the transaction details but of no use.
He was being persistent so we made another payment of the same amount and asked him to follow up with PhonePe as he is the merchant and it’s his details which are mentioned for the successful transaction.
Once he received the amount his behavior changed and now he is not taking any responsibility. He has not even bothered to write a follow up mail to phonepe.
Worst customer service experience ever.
